Overview

WeAreNissan was an internal web portal for Nissan Auto distributors to share marketing and customer insights. Through INT3C, I worked with Nissan France on it. The goal was to help Nissan use its data and research to sell more cars to its diverse customers.

What I did

• As lead designer and developer, worked with the team on stakeholder interviews, UX research, UI design, and feature prioritization
• Led a six-month development sprint that delivered a multilingual, responsive portal of content, videos, and chat
• Wrote the CMS user guide for Nissan’s editors (publishing, translations, approvals, and user moderation)

The portal served thousands of Nissan employees. It’s no longer in production.
