INT3C

Overview

I co-founded INT3C (International Cross-Cultural Consulting) in 2010 and took over as director in 2012. It started with e-learning and ecommerce and grew into a design and development studio for web, mobile, and data products, working with startups, businesses, and Fortune 500 clients from China and the US.

What I Did

  • Launched over three dozen client projects for web and mobile, from conference and ecommerce sites to internal portals
  • Led product and UX: customer discovery interviews, research synthesis workshops, wireframes, prototypes, and user testing
  • Architected and built with Python, PHP and Drupal, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and React Native, and trained the technical team
  • Contributed to 50+ open source projects, mostly in the Drupal community

Selected Work
