Overview

BasicAI is the international arm of BasicFinder, a data labeling service and software company in Beijing that prepares training data for machine learning teams.

I joined as Senior Product Manager in a Chinese-speaking role, bridging customer needs in the US and international markets with the engineering team in China.

What I Did

• Ran a UX and technical audit of the labeling platform, which fed a product strategy realignment
• Wrote the API documentation, with Postman examples, so customers and partners could integrate
• Worked with the sales team on product integrations for prospective customers
